You will be responsible for marketing, new product introductions, preparation of technical content, training materials, and general support of your product line. As a Product Manager you will work closely with our customers, our sales team, and the marketing team on a regular basis. 

Skill sets include the following:

  • A degree in engineering or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • General computer skills including Office, Word, Excel, Power Point 
  • Knowledge of piping systems and their applications, a plus
  • Travel, mostly domestic, up to 20% is required

Area Sales Manager, Engineered Piping (Northern Territory)

Georg Fischer LLC, a world leader in plastic piping systems, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to grow our engineered piping and vinyl PVC/CPVC business in the Northern Territory:  New York Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.  You will be responsible for promoting GF Piping Systems by developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, distributors, and representatives.  Responsibilities also include creating and/or changing specifications with Engineers, OEMs, Mechanical Contractors and End Users to achieve sales success.  Market segments include microelectronics, life science, cooling, chemical processing and water treatment. GF Piping Systems is a major multinational manufacturer of thermoplastic piping systems and instrumentation, serving the microelectronics, water treatment, chemical processing, food and beverage and life sciences/institutional market segments.

The ideal candidate will reside within the Boston area.

Skill sets and qualifications include:

  • A degree in engineering or equivalent experience with DI Water, Chemical, Acid Waste and Double Containment Piping Systems
  • 5+ Years experience in a sales managemnt environment
  • Prefer sales experience with industrial and plumbing distributor channels
  • General computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Domestic Traveling required

Fabricator Assembler

The Fabricator Assembler position is responsible for day to day activities in the Warehouse & on the production floor.

Skill sets and qualifications include:

  • High School diploma
  • Ability to read prints and dimensions
  • Assembly experience (piping, assembly, skid assembly)
  • Fabrication experience, (good with hand tools) & machinery IE manual lath & Mill
  • Welding of plastics experience a plus, (hot air welding)
  • Detail oriented and focused on quality
  • Experience with saws, drills, presses, grinders, measuring tools, etc.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills must be able to understand and follow oral and written procedures, instructions. Communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to effectively work with quality control and logistics groups
  • Custom woodwork/cabinetry a plus
  • Problem solver

  • Track record of excelling in fast paced environment requiring multi-tasking
